Jevgenijs Ustinskovs is conductor and composer . He has graduated from the Latvian Academy of Music (1993) and Master Studies (1995) .
J.Ustinskovs is author of many scientific publication, member of jury in the different international vocal and choir competition . Presently he is lecturer in the Daugavpils Music College . Moreover , he works as a chief conductor of the region choirs and an artistic director of the International Sacred Music Festival "Silver Bells" in Daugavpils. J.Ustinskovs leads and conducts ten choirs and several vocal ensembles .
